Sophomore Jason Day wins state ice hockey championship with Lovejoy

Jason Day Jr. is a sophomore at Melissa High school but plays varsity ice hockey for Lovejoy High School.

On Jan. 23, Jason and his team won the Texas Amateur Hockey Association’s Division 2B State Championship with a triple-overtime score of 5-4.
