Spring Break is March 7-11; all schools and district offices will be closed for the week.
Tickets are on sale now for the “Mardi Gras in Melissa” gala on Saturday, March 19, presented by the Melissa Education Foundation. This annual event raises funds for Melissa ISD student scholarships and teacher grants. To learn more and purchase tickets, click here.
Make-up Days: Monday, March 28 and Thursday, May 26 are Melissa ISD’s two Bad Weather Make-Up Days for the 2021-2022 school year. Students will have school both days to make up for the unexpected weather-related school closures that took place in February; this also means that the last day of school is May 26. Both of these make-up days will be Red Days for high school.
Prom will be held April 30 from 7-11 p.m. at the Toyota Stadium in Frisco. Prom is only open to MHS juniors and seniors and their guests. Click here to read more.
