Connor Betts and Frank Knapp are both sophomores at Melissa High School but play on the McKinney High School Lacrosse Team, which is an inter-high school team made up of students from McKinney, Melissa and Anna. Betts and Knapp played at the LAX Fest Tournament in Bossier City, Louisiana, and helped their team secure the first place championship, undefeated, 6-0, with 61 total goals in two days.

Lacrosse is a great spring sport for football players to cross-train and stay in shape during the off-season.
