[Review] ‘M3GAN’ releases in theaters Jan. 6
January 20, 2023
“M3GAN,” the movie, recently released into theaters on Jan. 6. Its run time is 1 hour and 42 minutes. The director of M3GAN is Gerard Johnstone, who has also made movies called “Housebound,” “Sione’s Wedding” and “Nothing Special.”
“M3GAN” is a movie about life like artificial intelligence that was brought to protect a child named Cady (Violet McGraw) so when people threaten the child, M3GAN will do whatever she can to protect her (and that means anything) and to also be a great companion.
“M3GAN” is rated PG-13 because it has a lot of violence, but it is well made. Parents should be aware of the violence because there was a lot of it.
Except for the violence, the doll M3GAN was very creepy because of how robotic she is. She slowly turns and talks like she is a real person and has a conversation .
It was really creepy and cool when she killed, but it wasn’t as good as or scary as the other well known horror movies like “Nightmare on Elm Street,” “Friday the Thirteenth” or “Saw.” “M3GAN” is more funny than scary.
Basically, the movie is humorous, but it does have violence and gore in it, and the doll is a bit creepy. Overall, it is a good movie.
