Carly’s Guide To Fall Fashion

Carly Maisel, Editor in Chief

Most count down the days until Christmas, Summer, or vacation. I count down the days until I can break out the sweaters and boots. There is so many things to love about fall, leaves changing, cool weather, Starbucks lattes, and especially fashion.

Thankfully, sweater weather is here. If you aren’t sure where to start here are a few pointers.

Fall is all about the colors, darker yellows and greens, browns, maroon, and grays. Stick with darker toned colors to set the fall mood.

Do not be afraid to layer, it will be your best friend. Topping an outfit off with a scarf, cardigan, bomber jacket, or flannel will never go wrong.

Denim and palazzo pants are huge choices for the pants this fall. Palazzos are the definition of being cute and lazy all in one. They are soft, almost pajamas like bottoms that provide warmth and comfort, and they have a wide variation of cute prints to choose from. Do it yourself, D.I.Y., denim is very popular. Adding cute patches and designs to your jeans will take them from fashion don’t to fashion do.

Shoes are a big thing to pull an outfit together. Tall riding boots, booties, and even the old fashion Converse can make your fall look, look fantastic. Booties are ankle boots that usually have heel, but there are also so booties that flat if you prefer that. Boots are always a go to, do not forget the boot socks, that keep you warm and in style.

The last thing you need to complete your look is accessories. Statement necklaces, earrings, and stackable rings. Kendra Scott jewelry is very popular because it can go with just about everything. Kendra Scott even has their own fall collection to choose from.

If you follow these tips you are sure to stay in style this fall. You will successfully accomplish your seasonal aesthetic.
