Senior Logan Tauch competed at the UIL 5A State Cross Country Meet held in Round Rock on Nov. 3 and finished in fourth place overall. He ran the 5k race in 15:28.
At the regional level, Tauch also placed fourth to qualify for state. The varsity boys cross country team competed in the regional race after placing second at district, but, unfortunately, the entire team did not advance to state.
Tauch was the 13-5A district champion, and he will continue his cross country career as a Mean Green student-athlete at the University of North Texas.
