- FENTANYL POISONING AWARENESS MONTH: October is Fentanyl Poisoning Awareness Month, established to raise awareness about the dangers of fentanyl and the risk of accidental poisoning. In support of this initiative, we are focusing on educating our students and families about the threat posed by fentanyl-laced drugs, which are often undetectable without testing. Through the “One Pill Kills” campaign and other prevention efforts, we aim to empower our community with the knowledge to recognize, prevent, and reverse fentanyl poisonings.
