Senior Matthew Saldana has been selected for the application-based College Board National Hispanic Recognition Program. Matthew earned this honor because of his remarkable academic achievements and outstanding performance on the PSAT/NMSQT, scoring in the top 2.5% of testers who identify as one or more of the following: African American, Hispanic or Latino, Indigenous; or attends school in a rural area; or are from a small town.

This recognition makes it easierĀ for the College Board to help Matthew connect directly to colleges around the country and help them see the range of his talents and interests by sharing his achievements. Matthew will receive invitationsĀ to consider various opportunities and scholarships. Colleges know that students who earn this recognition are some of the most talented across the country. Participation in this program is completely free of charge.
