Melissa High School is continuing to honor students and faculty members that display the core values on a consistent basis. Each week one student and one staff member will be spotlighted and awarded a certificate and some treats. The staff member will also be presented with a “traveling trophy.”

The Student Cardinal of the Week is freshman Victoria Vargas.

Victoria was nominated by Coach Busa who had this to say: “I chose Victoria because of the hard work she puts in and the great character she shows on a daily basis.”

The Teacher Cardinal of the Week is Mrs. Debra Kennedy.

She was also nominated by Busa who had this to say: “I chose Mrs. Kennedy because the students love her and always say how energetic and nice she is.”
