Rihanna made an on-stage appearance for the first time in a long time at the 57th Super Bowl on Feb. 12, performing a medley of some of her most popular songs including “Umbrella,” “Diamonds” and “Work.”

She took to the elevated stage draped in dramatic red Loewe and Alaïa-clad, highlighting her stomach, which revealed that she is, in fact, pregnant with her second child with rapper A$AP Rocky. Rihanna gave birth to her first child, a boy, in May of 2022. During her pregnancy, she was never one to shy away from high-fashion that highlighted her baby bump.

“I’m hoping that we were able to redefine what’s considered ‘decent’ for pregnant women,” Rihanna said in an interview with Vogue. “Why should you be hiding your pregnancy?”

It is no doubt that Rihanna is an iconic figure within the world of pregnancy fashion, as she is presently challenging and redefining the boundaries of maternity wear for all women.
