Melissa ISD has partnered with Children’s Health℠ Virtual Care to offer students School-Based Telehealth and Telehealth at Home. With parent/guardian’s permission, the school nurse will use video technology to connect a student with a Children’s Health provider. Students can be diagnosed and have prescriptions sent to a local pharmacy, all without having to leave school or parents/guardians having to leave work.
