Rozleyn Brown, Co-Editor-in-Chief

Melissa High School is continuing to honor students and faculty members that display the core values on a consistent basis. Each week one student and one staff member will be spotlighted and awarded a certificate and some treats. The staff member will also be presented with a “traveling trophy.”

The Student Cardinal of the Week is junior Cole Milburn.

Cole was nominated by one of his teachers who had this to say: “Cole is an amazing and much-needed member of the ASL 3 class. He is a perfect class partner in the Life Skills Class. His patience is endless, and he finds joy working with our special needs students. Members of the class are doing well learning ASL because of Cole’s influence.”
