Jayla Hunter is a freshman at Melissa High School. This is her first year writing for the Cardinal Connection. She is very excited to be a part of the Cardinal Connection staff this year! Jayla spends her free time practicing volleyball, listening to music, and hanging out with friends and family. Some of the things she likes to do are make jewelry and paint. You can always find Jayla at home or out with friends. She enjoys writing things that make people happy and about the daily things in life. She finds that writing is the way to get through to people and loves to build relationships through her writing.
