Preview of Fall Tennis Playoffs

The Fall Tennis Team is going to play their first playoff match against Crandall tomorrow, Oct. 17.  Coincidently, the MHS head tennis coach, Bradley Crawford, won’t be at the match. Crawford is on a vacation in Italy for the week.

“I hate not being there,” Crawford said. “The kids are going to text me after their matches, and let me know how they did. I’m so excited for our team.”

While Crawford waits for the results, the Cardinal’s  hopes couldn’t be higher. Varsity tennis player, Jake Fowler, says that he can’t wait until he can go out and play.

“I’m super excited to play tomorrow,” Fowler said. “We’ve never gone very far in the playoffs, but with a new coach, and a better team, I think we can make it pretty far this year.”
