THE DALLAS COWBOYS ARE 4-1!!!

The Dallas Cowboys had a tough loss to the reigning national champs in their first game of the 2021 season. However, the knowledge that the team only lost by two points, instead of a total wipeout, gave Cowboys’ fans the hope that they have made a significant comeback. After losing Dak Prescott last year to the Giants in New York, when he broke his ankle in the fifth game of the 2020 season, fans were devastated.

The Cowboys have been on a winning streak since they visited Tampa Bay. Starting quarterback Dak Prescott (#4) played his heart out with the second game against the Los Angeles Chargers even when little details hurt the team.

“I was talking to the offense in the huddle that now we’ve got the game in a position that we wanted,” Prescott said. “We were able to capitalize, get into field goal range and let special teams go out there and do their job.” Cowboys vs. Chargers – Game Recap – September 19, 2021

The Cowboys went on to play against their biggest rival from the NFC East, the Philadelphia Eagles on Sept. 27. It was a dominant offensive performance by the Cowboys, who had nearly 400 yards of offense with both Ezekiel Elliott (#21) and Dalton Schultz (#86) finding the end zone twice. In the end, it was the Eagles who would rack up 13 flags. This undoubtedly sank the Eagles to a loss of 41-21.

With the team roaring 2-1, they next faced the North Carolina Panthers, who currently are the No.1 defense in the league, but the Cowboys pushed their way to victory with Zeke totaling 143 yards of sheer power. In the end, they beat the Panthers by eight points with a 36-28 victory.

Next, the Cowboys surpassed the Giants on Oct. 10 with a dominating performance going 44 to 20 and proving who’s currently the best in the NFC East. They started off slow against New York but quickly stepped up to the plate and got revenge for Prescott’s injury from the previous season.

The Cowboys travel to face the New England Patriots on their home turf this Sunday, Oct. 17, in hopes of continuing their winning streak.
